RN Review for Medical Malpractice Cases
Upon receipt of all medical records, we will provide the following:
- Chronology of events.
- Outline potential deviations & potential defendants.
- Educate the attorney on pertinent medical issues & terminology.
- Recommend the type of experts needed to pursue the case.
- Note any records that are missing that are pertinent to pursuit of the case.
RN Review for Personal Injury Cases
Upon receipt of all medical records we will provide the following:
- Chronology of events.
- Educate the attorney on pertinent medical issues & terminology.
- Explain any medical issues the client had prior to the accident to assist with determining the extent of injury that can be directly related to the accident.
- Recommend the type of experts needed to pursue the case.
- Note any records that are missing that are pertinent to pursuit of the case.
To Obtain a RN Review
- We require all medical records regarding the care in question, with a brief overview.
- The records must be organized* and can be sent via hardcopy, disc, or email.
- A $250 (for up to 250 pages of records) retainer will be required to begin review.
- A $500 (for 250 to 500 pages of records) retainer will be required to begin review.
- For more than 500 pages, please call for a quote.

- Accurately organize and index records according to dates, procedures, treatments, results and other relevant data.
- Provide a master index.

We ensure a complete medical record organization and indexing solution that offers a clear record for an accurate review and analysis, saving you time and money by providing more efficient documents for expert review and consultation.
To Obtain a Record Organization
- We require all medical records regarding the care in question, with a brief overview.
- The records can be sent via hardcopy, disc, or email. For disc or email, there will be a record duplication fee.
- Charges are $.75 per page of records to be organized.
